Mentor Coach Course

If you’re here, it means you recognize that youth need mentors and mentors need support. We’re thrilled that you see these and are eager to take action.

By becoming a Mentor Coach, you can play a pivotal role in developing mentors for the youth in your ministry.

The Mentor Coach Course is designed for ministry leaders like you–leaders who understand the limitations of programs and recognize that true life transformation occurs through relationships. The only way to multiply these impactful relationships is by equipping more believers to become effective mentors.

How the Course Works:

  1. Teachable: Create a account with our course hosting platform and get the course right away, for free.
  2. Video-Based Learning: The content is presented through a series of videos, designed to break down concepts and provide practical insights.
  3. Guided Exercises: After watching the videos, you’ll have exercises to complete. These exercises are crucial for reinforcing your learning and applying it to your specific context. Instructions for each exercise will be clearly outlined at the beginning of the documents.

Course Discussion Groups: (Exclusive to participants who signed up for this addition.) Each week, we will host a 60-minute group video call to facilitate discussions on the course content and provide an opportunity for you to share your completed exercises with fellow participants who are on a similar journey. These sessions are designed to reinforce your learning and foster a sense of community among participants.
